It’s a hot traditional pack of nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, and dietary fibers. Similar to Tibetan Momos, Kozhukattai is an exotic appetizer which is also a simple snack to prepare, Helps to reduce weight and body cholesterol. Ingredients For  Sweet Pidi Kozhukattai

Ingredients For Outer Shell

  1. Kozhukattai flour- 1 cup
  2. Oil- little
  3. Ghee- 2 tbsp.
  4. Salt 1/2tbsp

For The Stuff

  1. Jaggery – 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut – 1/4cup
  3. Dal –1/4cup
  4. Saffron- little
  5. Cardamom – little

Kozhukattai Flour
